"Access Denied" when trying to unsubsribe from a Comment using "Comment Subscribe"

Issue Summary

I've installed the "Comment Subscribe" module and it appears to be working in so far as I get an email when someone posts a comment.

However, if I click the link in the email to unsubscribe from getting notfied of further comments I ger "Access denied".

Has anyone else seen this please?

Yes, I'm getting the same error when clicking on the email link to unsubscribe. Can someone please take a look at this? Thanks a bunch!
