It'd also be nice to for the admins to be able to add manual donations to the /donations page. Many users can't/don't know how to use Paypal and would prefer to send in a check/cheque...and they deserve to get credit as well! :)

This is already a feature in the released module, e.g. cheque, bank transfer, ...etc.

I see three related pages:

/donate

None mention any payment options...not even in the /admin/build/donations/add manual additions.
