Is there a way to set a different style for links that need to have content created, and links that already link to content? Also, if content has been created for a link, should it maybe come off the freelinking list?

eafarris commentedFreelinking doesn't know whether content exists or not until click-time. Therefore, it is not possible for freelinking to style links differently.
