Fixed some Doxygen but otherwise not much (if anything) has changed since last. Will test now.

Okay. Both admin pages work. I'll commit this later if noone cries foul. If there are missing functions that could be moved, they can still be moved after this patch has gone in (unless I'm told before committing the code ;)).

To any other testers - be sure to clear the cache after installing this. Fortunately there is that table deletion which is in between 6.x-1.0 and 6.x-1.1 so that people will need to visit update.php which I think would clear the menu cache...

Otherwise, it worked for me and seems good to me.
