MD5 checksums not actually being checked when using HTTP replication

Description

When files are fetched from the master, the correct MD5sum is written to the slave dbfm_data record, but the blob contains rubbish.

The MD5 of the blob should be checked against dbfm_file and if they do not match, the retry flag should be set.
