CSS Template Implemenation & Customization in Drupal 5

Hi. I'm looking for someone to help us implement and customize an existing CSS template into Drupal 5.
The work we need is to take the existing template, add a few CSS changes to it( layout and look and feel) and then implement it into a Drupal 5 theme for our existing website.
We already have an existing Drupal website with content on it and several modules installed. All we need is this new theme to go with it smooth and painless.
