Issue #2496751 by dcam: Delete SarniaViewsHandlerFilter::operator_options()

The update submitted in issue #2546086 also allows for the demo cores in Solr 4.x and 5.x to be searched in Drupal through Sarnia.
The update submitted in issue #2496751 removes a patch for an upstream Search API issue (#1318904) that has been resolved.
