Maybe it's just because of the amount of help-icons in the Views admin, but they are quite 'loud', visually. This is a smaller one, initially grey, blue on hover. Check out the attached screengrab.

Committed, though I'm not sure I like the color. The help icon sorta disappears, at least in the Views UI, and I'm worried no one will ever realize it's anything but a decoration.
