User data should be stored for co-ordinate points.

A flexible method for allowing users who enter points with user data to specify which order their data is in is required.

Am closing this as data is always stored now, if the underlying modules pass it in.

Since this commit, CSV passes in some data, of course if would be nicer if this was more configurable, but that's not what this bug is about:
