Which module is this?

At look at first glance like one of your modules is giving the problem. But I don't recognize this error specifically.

Can you please describe the upgrade procedure you performed.

From what version of Drupal 5.x are you trying to upgrade straight to Drupal 6.2 ?

Keep in mind Drupal 5.x modules will not work with Drupal 6.x. This includes custom modules you created, and contrib modules in the downloads area. I see references to ec_ which is the ecommerce module. There is no Drupal 6.x version of that module yet.

Also note: themes for Drupal 5.x will also not work with Drupal 6.x

Revert back to the backup of your site you took before you started your upgrade.

Try completing your upgrade on your local machine before you start messing with the production site so that you can leave your production site functioning while you are working through upgrade problems.

I also see menu's. Are "ec_checkout screens" "ec_mail_customer_invoice", etc. from a module or a menu item?

Edit: VeryMisunderstood: you beat me to it. Thank you for clearing that up.

anything with ec_ in it is from the ecommerce module which won't work in Drupal 6.x

seems to me you may not have disabled contrib modules before you tried this upgrade from one major version to another. Where these modules just won't work.
