In Safari 3.1.1 on OSX the last checkbox, in this case Upload is not visible/rendered within the table of core Modules. Seems to be fine in Firefox.

When viewing source the checkbox is indeed there.

I can confirm this bug also occurs in Camino [version 2008020612 (1.5.5)] on Mac OS X 10.4.11. Very odd! Apparently a problem with OS X. I can see and change the Upload checkbox fine in Firefox on linux.
