Possible to localize ads: serving different ads based on IP address

Is it possible to serve different ads to different IP addresses by region, allowing sales of local advertisement? I didn't see this listed in features or in documentation that I could find, but wanted to check for sure. If not, is any feature like this in the works or feasible?
