Issue Summary
Google recommends putting no more than 100 links on a page in an HTML sitemap.
More about it here.
Maybe paginate it after 75 links? (and maybe not link to a single node more than one time? ...though I'm not sure how well that would work)

I also tried this module and it's awesome. I have too many taxonomy terms and nodes to be listed on one page.
Would really appreciate if the pagination feature is added.
I am using "Site menu 6.x-1.x-dev" BTW.
