Invalid argument

I read the support docs but the only item I saw for this was regarding textmate.
When I looked at code there is a $missing prior to foreach -Could this be it? I am not a PHP programmer so I am stuck.

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/(my site hidden)xxx/html/sites/all/modules/faq/faq.module on line 1074.
