Drupal Expert Needed (Paid Services)

Hi,

I have a list of things I need to have
completed as soon as possible

1. Site backup
2. Feasibility of upgrading to Drupal 5.7 from 5.3
3. Upgrading modules
4. Configure Tinymce so that I can use it on blocks and configure it so that my red background theme does not interfere with it's use in nodes. Right now when I try to to use it the background is dark red because my style sheet is causing a problem.
5. Validate CSS. Right now the site validates at XHTML 1.0 Strict but not CSS Level 2.1 There are 21 errors. 17 of these errors are from Thickbox so I'd like to know what my options are for replacing Thickbox.
6. I noticed a new Flickr module that uses the API from Flickr. This appears to be much better than my current Flickr module. I have an API from Flickr but you will have to provide me with the callback url so Flickr knows where to send people back to punim once they authorize.
7. Sidebar elements are not showing up in the mysite module. This might be caused by some customization of the module using AJAX?
8. Install and configure openx.
9. Organic Groups need to be styled and configured.
10. Add a meebo.com meebo rooms chat. I have the code.
