When I click the "Save configuration" button on the Modules page, strangely enough, the three .css files in the /CSS directory get deleted! What could possibly be causing this to occur? It's very frustrating to have to restore them every time after they're deleted as I'm adding and enabling modules.

I revised drupal_clear_css_cache() to fix this situation -- it seemed to deleting uncached CSS, which is rather strange.
