Is there a way to move the placement of the alphapager? Currently, if I select "top" the pager appears at the very top of the view. I would like for it to appear above the view's content, but below the header and exposed filters.

I'm having the same problem (http://pixelgordo.com/vista/versiones/171).

In my opinion the pager should be below the view header by default.

This version of Views Alpha Pager is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
