I am trying to import the po into Drupal 6 but get this error:

The translation file zh-hant.po contains an error: the plural formula could not be parsed.

Any help is appreciated.

I can confirm this issue.

Raising priority. I think this is a critical one as it renders the translation unusable, and still worse, all translation exports from sites without plural formula will have the same issue.
