Remove manditory preview for edit mode

Hey,

I'd like to remove the mandatory preview only when content is being edited. The preview should be there, and it should still be mandatory when creating new content, but it is a hassle when making a small edit.

Alternatively, an equally ideal solution would be to place a second 'Submit' button immediately below the previewed post.

I have been unable to turn up any related posts on either solution, please let me know id you come across one (or are more of a search ninja than I).
