separating the style from the module core

if you consider it would be a good improvement to separate the styles from the core so it can be styled further addition to theme improvements

some classes already in the module that can move to a .css file.. like tr class, worldclock_location, loc_name, worldclock_time

thanks for the module.. nice native alternative to 'embedded' external time widgets
