Hi there,

I am have a problem here, the message below appears everytime I try to adding extra information onto a page

The trimmed version of your post shows what your post looks like when promoted to the main page or when exported for syndication. You can insert the delimiter "

" (without the quotes) to fine-tune where your post gets split.

Is the text too long and over the limit? Or what exactly the problem is?
How should I use the delimiter?

There is no problem ... Drupal is just telling you how it's going to look when "trimmed". If you don't like where it automatically split the text, you can force a split using the break delimiter. If you are happy, just hit the "Submit" button and save your page.

It wasn't an error message, just a little "FYI" that might have confused you.

I should also add ... the "trimmed" version of your page is used as a "Preview version" of your page for lists like the front page, RSS feeds, etc. The position of the break delimiter has no effect on the display of your actual page, which will display the whole text.
