In any subtheme that has different background color, you might also want to change the background color of the block editing container. subtheme.css (renamed zen.css) can override everything except this one. Please could the order be changed that the subtheme stylesheet is always the latest?

I checked out from CVS and find it hard to say if I really have the dev version. Seems that the CSS order is determined in the template.php but I am not sure about that. It has revision number 1.12.2.60

This does need to get fixed in both 6.x and 5.x. I'm updating the Version number so that I don't forget to do this soon.
