It would be really nice if this feature could filter not just the titles, but the body fields as well. On comments, on submitted pages, etc. This would be a really nice feature!

Actually wordfilter does deal with the body field. You need to
check your input filters and activate the wordfilter filter
for each input format you have.
Once that is done the filtering for nodes and comments is
done on content view.

grandmaster, where you able to get this to work?
i installed the module and can only seem to enable filtering for titles and not body content. i'm obviously doing something wrong, so any tips are welcome!

Never mind.
Found the link to the input filters in the README file.
Obviously my bad, but perhaps adding a cross-link to the input filters from the word filter admin would be helpful, in addition to adding a help page.
That said, great module!
