#295113: Smartqueue ignores 'display' setting on my account pages
#295749: Make permission names concistent with nodequeue.module
#295863: Batch subqueue creation should use form_submit_finish
Simplified the built-in View by removing the queue filter and using the queue option provided by the the reference argument.
New Features:
#294656: Prevent Admins from Seeing all User Subqueue Links -- This was truly critical.
#289814: "View User Node Queues on Profile Pages" permission
The batch user queue creation checkbox now defaults to 'off'.
