Issue Summary
Is anyone working on making this compatible with D6? I've updated the install code but got lost in the module hooks. The info file just needs a line of "core = 6.x".
One of hook updates for D6 would be to change encl_remote_menu($may_cache) into function encl_remote_init().

Well I recon I have to do this myself, don't I? Attached is a working but untested port to Drupal 6.x API. It works as expected for me, be sure to drop me a line if it breaks.
The patch is for the maintainer and interested developers. Get the tar gz if you are a user.

Thanks. Works as expected here for 3 months with a few hundred posts now. But I'm not using the metadata and such.

just started using this and it has created the enclosures and is being used in conjuction with feedburner without any problems. i realize that one does not have to use feedburner with this module but the feed is already there and i am just migrating over from wordpress. so far so good:)

This D6 port is in CVS now. Stable download released as 6.x-1.0.
