Replacing Next & Previous with the Acutal Title of the Page

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to Get the Line immediately below "!--pagebreak-- "
And then use the information in place of next & previous

For example the First Line below "!--pagebreak--" ie: the 1st line of next page says "How to Create Themes in Drupal"
Can that be displayed instead of the Code displaying "Next"

That would make the articles more interesting & readers aware of what to expect next.
