Question to related links

I'm looking for some module which can create related links (according to category terms) with picture thmubnails - like you can see it on video pages on YouTube. I found this module http://drupal.org/project/relatedlinks, but I can't figure out how to put this into Views module and create a specific view for it (with picture thumbnails etc.). I found this module http://drupal.org/project/links too which is little bit complicated for me :)
Can somebody (who is more experienced than me) give me some inside to this? Thanks!
