Rock Bands & Guitar Players

I'm building a catalog of rock/metal bands, and I want to show band members on each band site. I began with creating new content type called bands. Then I've added some CCK fields to it - for example: lead singer, guitarist etc. I've also created a content type called band members. I would like Drupal (of course if it's possible) to automatically choose a band member from band members list, while adding a new band (the same way drupal is suggesting tags).

Is it possible in Drupal?
