Drupal Theme from a .psd Needed

We have a .psd and need a Drupal 6.x theme.
The code should:
- be in HTML 4.01/XHTML 1.1 Strict
- work in IE, FF, Opera, Safari
- be flexible
The design is pretty simple, no complex structures.
Please show URLs to your latest theming works.
The budget is under $1k.

I did look at them and the

However, I am not confident in their Drupal theming capabilities.
I have contacted them, will see what they respond.
