Looking for someone to find out why my user picture is being deleted whenever I edit my profile page and fix this issue. Also I hired someone to customize my profile page but they never finished it. So I need my profile page finished. I would like this to be done as soon as possible so please if you are busy do not reply to this service add. I will give more detail wants I get a response as my site is not complete and I do not want to share it in the forum as yet.

Young Gun what image module are you using and how is it enabled?

Hay bikecomedy I am not using any image module I am simply using the core profile module,picture and upload image.

I could not find picture or upload image on the core module or optional core. I was able to find profile enable it and then try to upload a picture. However, this setup did not offer and upload option. You must have another module installed. Please look at administer/sitebuilding/modules and let me know what you have. I also would suggest checking permissions to see if you enabled them to allow you to load a picture. I would guess this is the problem based on what I know so far. Go to administer/user management/ access permissions. This assumes of course that you created an admin role for yourself. Once there give yourself all of the permissions.

Hay bikecomedy I am using the upload module also and all the permissions are set to 777 for the under files picture. I have created a admin for my site and gave myself and every one else permissions. Can you send me an email so that I can show you my site maybe you can see for yourself what is really going on.
