can anyone please help me? I'm trying to access my site but it says there is an internal error but when i check on the error log I get something like this: [Mon May 12 13:25:48 2008] [alert] [client 146.230.128.29] /var/www/web2/.htaccess: Option Indexes not allowed here

That's telling you there is an error in your .htaccess file. This is really a hosting matter that you should take up with your web host. The .htaccess file that ships with Drupal contains valid defaults ... they shouldn't create any errors.

You need to ask them the same question, as they are the only people who know their system and can give you an answer.
