New plugin needed for the notifications module // Follow nodes that are referencing a node with cck nodereference field!

hey all, I need someone who can build a plugin so that we are able to use notifications framework (http://drupal.org/project/notifications) to follow nodes that are linked to a node with nodereference field.

For example, I would like to subscribe to a "place" node so that i would receive notifications of any other node that would refer to that node with nodereference field.

I guess this is not so complicated, but I need someone who can do a quality plugin, fast!
