I am trying to create an exposed filter for "Access Log: Timestamp", but it will not let me save the settings while leaving the value field empty. The value field should be allowed to remain empty so that the filter has no effect.

I hope the way I fixed this doesn't cause you problems; I did a bunch of stuff to try and smooth the exposed filters here.
