Hi. I'm using the latest release of ecommerce for drupal 5. If I set the Transaction workflow status to shipped it does not remain. If I log off, then log back on in 15 minutes. The "shipped" status is now changed back to "completed".
This is really a pain. I have to double back through all my receipts in paypal to figure out who has had their product shipped out to them.
Am I doing something wrong? I even tried the "shipping notify" but it does not change to "Shipped" status after I try this.
The "Awaiting Customer REsponse" option works.. Why doesn't "Shipped".
Thanks.

mzytaruk commentedA client of mine is having this same problem, though I assumed he was just crazy because I never could get it to happen myself.

Tpainton-1 commentedIt appears that the problem is happening every time I run cron!
I turned off cron.. set four transactions to "shipped" and they have remained in the "shipped" mode for the last 4 hours.. I just now ran a manual cron and 3 of the 4 transactions were reverted to "Completed".
I will continue to test this and if reliably reproducible.. It will be a bug report.

Tpainton-1 commentedI seem to be reproducing this. When I do a manual cron run it reverts all but the last record accessed from "shipped" to "Completed".
I have turned off cron and will see if two test records remain in the "shipped" status over night. I'll run cron in the morning and if they revert to "Completed" there lies the bug.
Question remains, why am I subject to this. I can't be the only one running ecomerce with cron/poormanscron.

Tpainton-1 commentedYes. The error is caused by cron update. I can reproduce it every time.
