Can you help get my theme to look right in IE?

Works properly in Opera Firefox and Safari (consistent between all 3)

But in IE? YIKES!!! (actually looks good in IE7 with one small glitch)

Have a look at http://www.wildfeed.com/ and give me your thoughts and estimate costs.

The theme I am using is a hack of Amadou.
