building dynamic forms

I have an issue I am building a form what I am trying to find a solution to is...
I am adding a part the parts has these fields
Piece Count: (when piece count is selected it will decided how many fields of weight and dimensions are selected
Piece 1 Weight:
Piece 1: Length x Width x Height
If two selected
Piece 2 Weight:
Piece 2: Length x Width x Height
and so on...
I do not know how to make this dynamic??
