They have changed the format of their access keys. It used to be 12 lower case letters. New ones are different
xxx-xxxxx-xxxxx where x's are numeric. I just got this when I requested one for a new site.

Their documentation still says "All Access Keys are 12-characters in length, lower case, and contain only alpha characters (no numbers).". I've sent them a mail requesting information about the new format.

The response was that the access code format has not changed. You were probably mistaken, could you check again?
