Description
Cannot translate the following texts via Drupal:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx authenticates to: yyyyyy
Leave blank for individual IPs
Select a role to assign the ips

i wrote a patch so that all strings are translateable

I've never made a patch file.... but it has some updates to dereine's patch code.
