Node path setting [termpath-raw] requires an edit to properly save path

I am using [termpath-raw] for one of my node path settings. This is along with several other static strings as well as [title-raw]. When I create a node it generates a path that includes all items defined in the node path except for the value for [termpath-raw]. If I then edit the node and re-save it it properly creates the full path including the [termpath-raw] value.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

I'm using pathauto 2.2 & Token 1.11
