Module blocking registration

With this module enabled, submitting the registration form takes you right back to the form with no messages.

I cannot confirm it, but another user who had already registered before the module was enabled was getting an appache "Forbidden" error when trying to use their one time login link.

The problem is probably connected to the fact that I require admins to validate user accounts before they become active.
