How to add smiley panel to guestbook

Hi,

I am using smileys. It is very nice. I am using that smileys panel. it is showing at every node and comment. But it is not at Guestbook and private Massege page.

I want to use smileys with Guestbook and Private Massage. I just want to how to add that smileys panel below this text boxes.
