I'm not asked how I want to migrate content from the default layout.
The layout itself does get changed, but this error appears whenever I try to modify the layout.

It's probably important to know that I've patched using the patch for panels layout with arguments:

I'm also noticing that the title stops appearing. even though i can't add any content to the panel layout for my node type, the title should still work because the argument is there and all nodes have a title. But that's not happening... I get blank page titles.
