How can I move contents

I want to move contents of one site to another ,just the posts. How can I safely and easily do this. I tried the backup_migrate module but nothing moved. Anyone can give me a step by step plan ?

My friend, with no details and little effort on your part, how can you expect someone to spend the time to create a plan for you? Try the node import module and make a clear effort to help yourself. If you still need help, take the half an hour or whatever it takes to outline the problem carefully and then you can hope to get some help.
