System Wide Options

Hello my friends, I find a bug or error, when I make click in System Wide Options just apear the Authentication mode menu and the other are hidden.

I was to the ldapauth.module and I saw in this line that's:

Line: 243
Code: '#collapsed' => TRUE,
Temporaly Solution: '#collapsed' => false,

But I need you tel me how fix that 'cause when I make click again in the collapse fieldset it disapear again.
