Blank Page while installing Semantic Search

I used following:
Drupal 5.1
MySql 5
PHP 5.2.0
Zend Framework 1.5.0
apache Web Server 2.0
No when I am installing Semantic Search 5.x, I am getting following error in the server log file:
"Call to undefined function user_access() in C:\\Program Files\\Apache Group\\Apache2\\htdocs\\drupal-5.7\\modules\\semantic_search\\semantic_search.module on line 33"
One more thing I want to add regarding Zend installation. I have download Zend zip file and extracted it in C drive. Then I included that directory in php.ini.
Installing the other way ie in site/ all/ module folder was successful. But it was showing error that Zend/HTTP..some file was unable to load. I also changed the parent directory path in that case..and log reports was also showing that Zend has been installed successfully.
