put help in the input format help

Easy lists doesn't have any help (as in text in drupal) for it. I'm not a huge fan of the insert format help, but it is a conveinant reminder of what goes where, and if I let my users have at this, I'd like the help inserted along with the rest of the input format help.

I think this has been fixed? I noticed a nice help line in the input formats after I upgraded to the latest version of easy lists.
