I installed workflow then installed it and there seems to be a link on the navigation menu that I can not find workflow/log/delete Delete entry, I searched the database and can not find it any where any clues as to where this is? I get this error and I do have workflow-ng installed....

I upgraded workflow-ng and it fix the problem...
