Is it possible to be able to adjust when the coupon is applied? I have a few other line items in my cart and I would like to place the coupon at the end after everything is totaled out.

Coupons don't take into account the value of other line items, so I'm not sure how this is useful at the moment - though it would be nice if the module supported "free shipping" and similar in the future. Can you explain your issue a little better, or do you have any specific use cases in mind for the current version?

Coupons are now shown directly below the product subtotal as that is all they apply to; this may change if and when they apply to shipping as well.
