$40.00 to help repair login issue. (U.S. Based Preferred)

Hello,

We would like to request assitance repairing the login issues we have been experiencing. While we have an admin who uploads new content, the person who installed Drupal for us is no longer with our organization.

Starting a few months ago we noticed a login issue where after successfully logging in, the user is pushed back to the log-in page following any subsequent action and required to login again.

From what I understand by scanning the forums it looks like a common issue and an "easy" fix, but it is currently beyond our scope to repair inhouse without involving our development department - (which is not an option at the moment). I contact the hosting company which hosts this site to see if they made any server changes or upgrade and they said no. Everything seems to work ok but the login doesn't stick.

Quick help and trun around would be appreciated.
