When a user with the same username as a pre-existing account attempts to create an account a database warning appears, instead of the new user's username having a number appended to it.

i got this error the first time i saved admin config - but can't repeat it now.

and i just tested adding 2nd user with same first/last and it did create a new user with no warning and numbered the new one.

so closed??

maybe not; when i logged in as one of the users i also get this error.

I get this same error, but it happens every time even though the user names are unique

Thanks for the report and sorry this wasn't fixed at the time it was relevant. I'm new to this project, but cleaning up the issue queue, so closing this issue given its on a very old branch. Thanks.
